Your hosts
We are your hosts, Andrea and Oliver, at UNTERSCHWARTENGUT.
The UNTERSCHWARTENGUT is a beautiful, traditional cottage nestled in a unique location on the sunny slopes of Niedernsill where it was first recorded in the town archive in 1606.
After having had Andrea’s parents, Liesl and Toni, manage the estate as a bed and breakfast for many years, we modernized and redesigned it in 2021 with many personal touches and attention to detail. We look forward to welcoming many guests from all over the world – and hopefully you too!
