Your hosts Andrea and Oliver are happy to welcome you. We have collected many ideas on our travels, and in 2020/2021 the Unterschwartengut core renovated and lovingly restored. In our two boutique apartments with 50m² and 100m² we offer individual accommodation with top modern facilities for your dream vacation in Salzburg Land.

The history

The “Unterschwarten”, at that time still called “Under Khönigswartten”, is first mentioned in the chronicle of Niedernsill as a farm in 1606. The term “Schwarte” refers to the hard ground or the hard rock on which the estate stands.

Since 1937 the estate has been owned by the Erlinger family. Since the late 1950s, Liesl and Toni Erlinger, the namesakes of the two apartments, have run the estate as a cozy bed & breakfast rental business with many regular guests from all over the world.

Since 2021, the Unterschwartengut is continued by daughter Andrea and her husband Oliver with a new concept and a lot of commitment. Two exclusive apartments, for a temporary home in Salzburg Land, have been created.
